Cumberland Middle School Lacrosse Practices will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:00 pm-5:45 pm. Fridays will be optional but encouraged, it will be a skill/agility day. First practice will be on Friday February 2. Please make sure you have turned in your registration forms to Coach Seymour. For questions, please contact Coach Seymour.
