Middle School Parents:
Dear parents and guardians,
We hope you are well and taking proper precautions to stay safe during this COVID-19 period in our community and country. Our staff have been working hard to get the "distance learning" set up this week and should be receiving that info soon via email if you have not gotten it already.
Friday, March 20th the Middle School are scheduling from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM for parents to drive by and pick up students' I-Pads, meds, and report cards. We will also be handing out any instruments that need to be picked up for future Fine Arts class assignments.
We are asking you to have a list ready of everything your student needs from the school when you arrive.
Please put the list in the following order.
1. Student first and last name
2. Student grade
3. Locker number and combination if it has a lock and what items are needed from it
4. Medications that your student needs to pick up if any (optional)
5. Violin or Band instrument to pick up
6. Art supplies if needed
We are asking for you to enter the campus from New Copeland and exit through Shiloh Rd.
As more updates come in, they will be posted. Any report cards that are not picked up will be mailed home. If you are not receiving school emails, please call or email the school and let them know to add you to the system or update your existing email address.
