Greetings Everyone,
I hope you & your families are well & safe.I am reaching out to you because I know we have all been wondering when we will get the chance to get back in the gym for try-outs, workouts and camps. At this time we are currently at a stand still with the outbreak of the Coronavirus & the decisions of Governor Greg Abbott. Once we are in the clear with Abbott & UIL the coaches will begin planning dates for try outs & workouts.
Please continue to be patient I know we are all eager to get back in the gym & definitely looking forward to the upcoming season.
Girls this does not mean that you cannot workout on your own. If you have a ball please work on your fundamental skills passing to self, setting to self, wall bumps, wall spikes, spike approaches, block jumps, footwork etc. You can also run or jog on your own, stretch and condition for at least 15-20 minutes per day.
