About Me

    

I am looking forward to teaching at the Middle School and the opportunity of being the Head Girls Basketball Coach at CAHS.  This will be my 31st year in education, I earned my Bachelor of Education from The University of Alaska, Anchorage.  I have been married to Mitsy Swift for 39 great years, we have 2 children: CJ our son is married to Caitlan, and live in Poulsbo, Washington. Our daughter Mikayla; who works at Cumberland Upper Elementary as a PE teacher and coaches high school basketball with me.  We have one dog, a mini Dachshund/mini Aussie who rules our house!

My down time involves fishing and traveling.  This past summer our family traveled to Washington and Alaska.

My goal(s) this year are to assist each student and athlete towards achieving their goals in academics and sports.
