Cumberland Academy Middle School extended day program operates under all school policies and procedures. Students not adhering to school rules and staff expectations will follow the school discipline policy. This also includes students remaining in dress code and wearing their student identification card. The extended day program is an optional program, and administration can remove or suspend students from the program.
The extended day program begins at 3:30 p.m., allowing students to use the restroom and collect/store items in their lockers. All students are expected to be in the cafeteria by 3:45 p.m.
The extended day program ends at 5:45 p.m. Students not picked up by that time will be assessed additional fees of $15 per 15 minute period. Students not picked up on time five times will be removed from the program.
Check, cash, or money order will be collected through the front office ONLY during normal office hours Monday through Friday. Extended day program staff will not be able to accept any payments. Receipts will be issued as confirmation of payment. Please retain your receipts for your records. You may also make a payment online using your MySchoolAccount.
Semester Supply Fee: $25
Weekly Tuition: $35 ($17.50 for employees)
Returned Check Fee: $30
Payments are due by the 4th of each calendar month if paid monthly. Weekly payments are due each Monday.
